At Gnomon Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece purchase. If your watch is not the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all items in brand new, unworn condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, protective stickers, and any complimentary accessories or tags.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package via a trackable and insured courier service to our service center; please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the watch's pristine condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
